Accidental Over-Order? Clicked the Wrong Product?
No worries... it happens!
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item (like equine instead of canine supplements), just contact us right away at orders@trisananutrition.com
If we haven’t shipped your order yet, we can cancel or change it immediately before it leaves our facility.
Return Policy
At Trisana Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus a small transaction fee of 3% + $0.25).
Items must be in their original packaging.
To start a return, email orders@trisananutrition.com with your order number and details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
Received the wrong product or a damaged item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
We’ll cover the return shipping if needed... just reach out to info@trisananutrition.com and include your order number.
General Shipping & Pick-Up Info
Orders are shipped within 7 business days max (usually sooner).
Orders received after 5 PM are processed the next business day.
Free shipping on orders over $250 (before GST and after discounts).
Local pick-up available in Blackfalds, AB by appointment only — please email us to schedule!
We ship using the fastest available courier through our broker, matching your chosen provider whenever possible.
