For Cassie Daniels Jones, her German Shepherd Dogs aren’t just pets—they’re true partners. Because we're a Canadian pet company operating out of Alberta and our bully sticks and pig ears are: animal-based + not classified as “shelf-stable, commercially prepared pet food, they fall under U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) restrictions. That means we can’t simply ship them across the border like a bag of kibble! Even though these bully sticks and pigs ears are smoked, they unfortunately don't meat the USDA and FDA guidelines to ship outside of Canada.

We have to put an expiry date on our products, for the Veterinary Health Product certification. Our herbs and supplements have a 2 year best before date, however are good to use for much longer, as long as they have been stored appropriately.
