Because we're a Canadian pet company operating out of Alberta and our bully sticks and pig ears are: animal-based + not classified as “shelf-stable, commercially prepared pet food, they fall under U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) restrictions. That means we can’t simply ship them across the border like a bag of kibble! Even though these bully sticks and pigs ears are smoked, they unfortunately don't meat the USDA and FDA guidelines to ship outside of Canada.
