How long will it take to get my Trisana order? Can I track my package?

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We do our best to get your Trisana order to you as quickly as possible.

Sometimes we have extra stock ready to go, which means your Trisana order can ship out right away.

Other times, we hand-mix to order... in that case, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location:

• Most orders arrive within a few business days via courier.

• PO Box orders are shipped Expedited via Canada Post.

• Free shipping is available for orders over $250 (before tax and discounts).

How to Track Your Order

As soon as your Trisana order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.

Please note:

🕓 Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the courier’s system after pickup.

📦 Packages are usually picked up the next business day after your order is marked as complete.
